With a private wine cellar to enjoy, a cozy living area with a comfy sofa and table soccer, and plenty of space to relax.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the private backyard, or soak in the views from the rooftop terrace.

High-speed WiFi, and air conditioning throughout, every moment of your stay will be effortless and relaxing.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living | Our large living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable sofa and a table soccer setup, perfect for some fun indoor activities.

The living room also opens up to a backyard equipped with outdoor furniture, offering a serene space to unwind.

Kitchen & Dining | The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area, providing a lovely space to enjoy your meals with family and friends.

Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

There are two well-appointed bathrooms:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
