Tumeremos is the kind of place where the holiday actually starts the
moment you arrive. Three generous bedrooms, a private secluded garden,
and a shaded BBQ terrace — built for families and groups who want real
space, real comfort, and the freedom to spend evenings exactly as they
please. Quiet enough that you'll sleep properly. Close enough to
Zakynthos's best beaches, restaurants and shops that nothing feels
like an effort.

THE APARTMENT
Spread across 110 square metres on a single level, the apartment is
modern, well-maintained and genuinely spacious — there's room for
eight guests to coexist without anyone feeling on top of each other.
The open-plan living area centres around a comfortable double sofa-bed,
a 55-inch Samsung TV and a dining table for six. Natural light fills
the space throughout the day.

THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped and built for actual cooking, not just reheating.
You'll find a Siemens fridge-freezer, Zanussi oven and stovetop,
microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a 9kg Samsung washing
machine. Pots, pans and everything else you need for a proper meal
are all here.

THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 is the master — a double bed, full wardrobe, dressing table
and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with morning light.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a walk-in closet, iron and ironing
board, and blackout curtains for those mornings when no one is in a
hurry to get up. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a wardrobe — perfect as
a dedicated children's room, or as the fourth sleeping space for
larger groups. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The living
room sofa-bed sleeps two more, bringing the total sleeping capacity
comfortably to eight.

THE GARDEN & BBQ
The private garden is genuinely one of the best things about this
apartment. Tucked away and secluded, it feels like a world of its own.
A shaded canopy terrace with a picnic table and charcoal BBQ grill —
this is where evenings happen. Whether it's a family dinner after a
beach day or a late-night gathering with friends, the space is made
for it. Time and again our guests tell us the garden is where the
holiday really comes alive — the place to gather, unwind and make the
most of warm Zakynthos nights.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the entire apartment and private garden to themselves —
both exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The car park is
shared with the small complex of three apartments. Panos, the owner,
will meet you personally at the property on arrival, hand you the keys
and make sure you're settled in.

THE LOCATION
The apartment is in Ampelokipi, a quiet residential area perfectly
positioned for exploring the island. Laganas Beach is just 4 minutes
by car. Kalamaki beach is 5km away. Zakynthos Town with its harbour,
restaurants and shops is 7km away. The airport is just 6 minutes by
car — making arrival and departure completely effortless.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Panos is a local Zakynthos host with 8 years of experience and a
near-perfect rating across all his properties. He knows the quiet
beaches that don't appear on the main maps, the family tavernas worth
the drive, and the best time to visit Navagio before the day-trip
boats arrive. He responds within the hour and is always happy to
share his local knowledge — just ask.
