The accommodation at the villa is light and airy with spectacular vistas afforded by the strategically designed dual aspect views from all of the rooms .The villa windows and doors are all double glazed. They all have built in fly screens and motorised roller blinds. All rooms have Air-Con. The sun room by the pool, provides welcome shade from the mid-day sun, an ideal area to have that ice cold beer or chilled wine.

The open plan living area leads out through patio doors onto a covered terraced area , leading on to a covered dining area, handily placed next to the BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven . This in turn overlooks the pool, garden, hillside and the azure blue of the Ionian Sea. On most days Cephalonia and mainland Greece are clearly visible.

AL-FRESCO: Adjacent to the dining area, you will find lawned areas and flower beds filling the air with the scent of Mediterranean herbs . The garden has olive, Citrus, plum, apricot, and peach trees. It also has numerous grapevines. Feel free to pick what you need.
Bougainvillea, roses, shrubs and oleander provide all year round colour offset against the lush green of the grassed areas. The garden provides paved sun terraces, a covered sunroom, stone walls, shady vine covered pergolas and secluded seating areas around pool and fire-pit .

OUT and ABOUT: Being approximately 20 minutes drive from the main town of Zakynthos, airport and ferry port, Lemon Grove Villa is close enough to the hustle and bustle of all of the major resorts, yet offers a tranquil retreat. Every essential need, supermarket, bakery, taverns, and restaurants are reachable on foot, but for the less agile, car hire is advisable due to it’s hill top location.,

BEACHES Close By: There are many small bays dotted near the small winding coastal roads of Kypseli, lying between the larger beaches of Tsivili, Alykanas and Alykes which are only a 10 min drive away - Closer to home, there are several beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches within a five minute drive of the villa - Amboula, Psarou, and Gaitheros (AKA Donkey Bay), as well as many hidden smaller bays. ALL of the beaches named above are child friendly, with beautiful soft sand which gently lead into the shallow waters of the bay.

FURTHER AFIELD: Take in the amazing views from the lighthouse at Skinari, the most northern point of the Island which is approx 25km away. - About 40 minutes in the car. Though whilst you are going that way, why not take in the Port of St Nikolas. Here you can also catch a ferry to CEPHALONIA , or a boat to the BLUE CAVES or SHIPWRECK.
Your stay wouldn't be complete, without a trip to the more rugged beaches of the WEST COAST. Try Porto Limnionas, or Porto Vromi, and take in an evening meal and watch the spectacular sunsets.
