The luxurious villa Aria, located just 6 km from the city center of Zadar, represents everything you have been dreaming about for a long time. Villa Aria was renovated in 2024 in a contemporary and modern style, and offers you 147 m2 of living space. It is 7 km from the nearest beach where you can explore the depths of the sea and swim in the Adriatic Sea. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. You will sleep in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms: 2 en suite and one regular with a shower. As additional facilities, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron are available. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a TV, and next to it there is a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for family or friends.



You will enjoy the outdoor terrace the most thanks to the 32 m2 swimming pool, next to which there are 4 sun loungers. This will be the place where you will enjoy sunbathing and reading your favorite book. Next to the pool there is a separate room where you will enjoy preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes with the help of an indoor charcoal or wood grill. The tavern also has a small kitchen, table and chairs, and a TV.



The villa is completely fenced and offers you 3 private parking spaces.
