🏡 CHARMING COTTAGE WITH GARDEN – LE COTTAGE PICARD

Le Cottage Picard is a beautifully restored former barn, now an independent, comfortable, and cozy holiday home for up to 5 guests. Located in the heart of the Baie de Somme Regional Nature Park, just 2 hours from Paris and 30 minutes from the coast, it offers a peaceful and green setting. With no direct neighbours, it’s the ideal place to unwind as a couple, with family or friends.

Whether by the fireplace or in a sunny deckchair, this is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and outdoor adventures.


🍴 KITCHEN

Located on the ground floor, the bright and open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, drip and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and a spacious work surface.

You’ll find all the dishes, utensils and accessories needed to cook and set a beautiful table.

♡ The wooden dining table takes center stage, but you can also enjoy your meals outside on the adjoining wooden terrace, facing the garden.

♡ The wood-burning stove in the dining room quickly heats the entire cottage and creates a cozy, warm atmosphere.


🛏️ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The cottage has two bedrooms — one on the ground floor and one upstairs — each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), quality bedding, and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

A third single bed (90x190 cm) is available upstairs, in the form of a daybed with a thick mattress, located near the lounge.

♡ Beds are made before your arrival. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and towel racks.


🛋️ LIVING ROOM

Under the sloping roof beams, the upstairs lounge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere — perfect for reading, relaxing or watching a movie. It features two comfortable sofas, a television, and access to Netflix (in addition to regular channels).

♡ Enjoy your morning coffee, evening aperitif or a full meal on the upper wooden terrace, facing the garden and open fields.


🌳 GARDEN & OUTDOOR SPACE

The cottage is located about 30 meters from our traditional Picardy farmhouse, in a fully enclosed 2,000 m² garden. It has its own private access and two wooden terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and no overlooking neighbors.

♡ In summer, we can provide a ping-pong table and a small inflatable pool for young children upon request. Outdoor games (ball, pétanque set, badminton...) are also available.

♡ Private parking is available right next to the cottage, inside the garden.

Le Cottage Picard is ideally located for exploring the Baie de Somme and its surroundings — a rich mix of beaches, forests, marshes, small ports and cultural heritage.
