Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a charming timber deck and dual door entry leading to the expansive open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space. Step onto the rear deck to unwind amidst stunning vistas of the seven sisters and Lake Tinaroo.
Strategically positioned to capture picturesque water views, the master bedroom features a built-in robe and air-conditioning for comfort. The second and third bedrooms also offer air-conditioning and built-in robes, with one providing exclusive access to the front deck, ideal for visiting guests. This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.
Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.
One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.
No hunting dogs.
Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.

Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.
Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.
No dogs on the furniture.
