    Adjacent to the crystal-clear waters of the Fujiki River, ‘COCO VILLA Okuyugawara’ is a tranquil hideaway where you can become one with nature.

    The sophisticated, award-winning architecture is designed to maximise the river views.
    The interiors feature a black colour scheme, with visual elements kept to a minimum to create a space where the river scenery takes centre stage.
    Furthermore, the ceilings feature highly reflective materials, creating a mirror-like effect that reflects the movement of the river and the trees.
    Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels have been installed so that guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Fujiki River from every angle during their stay.
    As a result, guests can gaze upon the flowing stream from every room in this three-storey facility, allowing them to experience a sense of oneness with nature.

    1: Train
    From Tokyo Station, take the JR Tokaido Shinkansen (bound for Shin-Osaka) to ‘Atami Station’ (approx. 45 mins), then take the Ueno-Tokyo Line (bound for Takasaki) from Atami Station to ‘Yugawara Station’ (approx. 5 mins), followed by a 10-minute taxi ride from the station.

    2: Bus
    From ‘Yugawara Station’ on the Tokaido Main Line, take the Yugawara Onsen Line (bound for Oku-Yugawara) and alight at ‘Oku-Yugawara Iriguchi’. It is a 1-minute walk from the bus stop to the facility.

    * From Yugawara Station on the Tokaido Main Line, it is approximately a 10-minute taxi ride to the facility.

    【Damage to or Loss of Property, or Unforeseen Cleaning】

    Should any of the property’s furnishings or facilities be damaged or soiled during your stay, whether intentionally or through negligence, you will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
    Should special cleaning exceeding normal standards be required due to food or drink spills, vomiting, blood, bodily fluids, or soiling, you will be required to pay an additional fee.

    If a complaint is received from neighbours and the police or management company are called out, you may be asked to leave (no refund).
