"Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%"

"This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place."

"i lived here for 6 nights, breakfast was great, staffs were very nice & helpful. I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it! "

I had a fantastic experience at Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World. The location is perfect — right in the center of Shanghai, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yoki, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Highly recommended!"
"Great hotel in 192 style, (The North Building) so you get a sence of how Shanhai was in the 1920-30 . It is a great location close to the old historic french area and only 5 minutes from the Metro, so you can be at the Nanjing Road within 15 minutes. Ask for a room at the front side."
