The home is perched on a hill on 2.7 acres with 360 degree desert views. As you enter the gate into this desert dream, your blood pressure immediately drops and the relaxation begins. You are secluded but its great location- 10 min to Joshua Tree and the National park entrance. 15 min to Pioneertown. We also include all our recommendations on the best places to visit, eat, drink, shop, and enjoy. The house and the property/area is beautiful, with a gorgeous short walk to boulders to climb and epic sunrises and sunsets.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• GOOD NEIGHBOR BROCHURE
Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation.

• SPEAKERS
We do not have speakers at the property and we do not allow speakers of any kind to be brought. The house sits in a canyon and noise travels up and over the canyon very easily. We want to remain good neighbors and ask that you respect the noise policy and follow the quiet time hours see by the town.

• A/C & Heater
The house is cooled and heated by central AC and Heat which should keep you comfortable all year long.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.

• YARD
The yard is not fully fenced

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
