Houston, we’ve landed on Mars! Welcome to our out-of-this-world 2-bedroom tiny home — a stylish escape that feels light years away without leaving Earth. Perfect for couples or small groups, enjoy your private pool, putting green, outdoor movie screen with projector, large yard, hot tub, cowboy tub, two fire pits, and hammock chairs for stargazing.

Just 18 mins to Joshua Tree National Park’s west entrance, 9 mins to downtown JT, and 8 mins to Walmart. Super remote, yet close enough!

New In-Ground Pool: Dive into the brand-new, in-ground pool for a refreshing dip, or request to have it heated for a cozy night swim! The pool goes up to 5 feet deep but also includes a nice sized "lounge step" that's great for tanning or just chilling out while you stream your favorite show directly in front of the pool on the screen!

Outdoor Movie Nights: Enhance your evening with an unforgettable viewing experience! Grab a spot on the lounge chairs or a floatie in the pool and enjoy your favorite films on the large outdoor projector screen. You can log in to your own streaming accounts to access all your favorites!

Star-Gazing Comfort: The backyard also includes a fire pit and sectional where you can cozy up, while the front yard also has a traditional desert cowboy tub, and a pergola with hanging hammock chairs in front of another fire pit for comfortable, classic Joshua Tree stargazing under the ambient string lights.

Jacuzzi: Slip into the perfectly heated Jacuzzi to soak away the day's adventures and chill under the stars!

Important Pool Information

Heating Fee: The in-ground pool can be heated to 80F degrees for an additional fee of $200/day. This fee must be paid in full prior to your arrival.

- A minimum notice of 24 hours is needed to have the pool heated for your arrival, as it takes time to warm such a large body of water.

Safety: Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is present. No diving in the pool or spa.

Maintenance: Pool maintenance occurs every Monday afternoon. The pool is available for use before and after maintenance and the technician is completely out of your way when they swing by!

Pool Toys: Pool toys are not provided—feel free to bring your own!

Even space travelers need to sleep and when you do, relax in ultimate comfort on a King size bed Zinus memory foam mattress. Two spacious bedrooms provide you with plenty of privacy and space and the ability to rest and recharge for another day of adventure.

You’ll have access to multiple streaming services on the 55” flat-screen TV, and there’s also a fireplace to get you in the desert vibe.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, a Keurig, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the kitchen table with seating for 6.

Step outside and into your own desert oasis. The entire yard is fenced in, not only for your privacy, but also so your furry friends can safely explore! Feel free to shut the front gate to fully enclose the yard.

The best part about coming to Joshua Tree is being able to enjoy the outdoors and we think the yard will do just that. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and you most likely won’t even see or hear anyone!

Guest access
We’re excited to share that we are adding a new pool to the property! Construction is currently underway and is completely away from the other amenities, happening entirely at the back of the property. There are no windows facing the work area, but you may hear some light construction for a few hours during the day. We’ll do our best to keep any disruption minimal so you can fully enjoy your stay.

Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.

Parking is available next to the house and guests should have no problem finding suitable parking

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

The drive to the house is accessible with GPS. The GPS may take you down some dirt roads, but guests typically do not have any issue with them. Please use caution if there is heavy rain.

Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front and back of the house facing the parking, entrance, and backyard for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
Other things to note
☆You must be 25+ to book
☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property, but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm-7am.
☆Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems are prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with.
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that.

Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition!

Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!
