The house sits on an expansive lot, with open space around you and room for parking in the driveway + attached garage. The yard is calm and desert-friendly, offering a mellow outdoor setting — perfect for afternoon coffee or stargazing under clear desert skies. To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, daytime outdoor music is permitted outside until 9:00 PM at a low conversational volume, provided it does not exceed 55DB at the lot line per Town Ordinance. Please note that after 9:00 PM, all outdoor music and loud outdoor gatherings are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our local community!

Sauna:
Our private indoor sauna with outdoor access is built directly into the home—fully enclosed, insulated, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The entrance door is located outside, but once you step inside, you're in a true indoor-style cedar sauna with benches and dry heat. Ideal for warming up on cool desert nights or unwinding after hiking Joshua Tree.

Private Pool:
The beautiful in-ground pool with mountain and Joshua tree views is available for your use.
Please note: The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

"OPTIONALLY HEATED POOL"
October 1 - April 30; $500 to heat the pool to 85 degrees + $179/day
May 1 - September 3; $350 to heat the pool to 88 degrees + $179/day

The pool cover is required at ALL TIMES when you are not using the pool. A 72 hour notice is required for pool heat as the pool takes 3 days to get to temp because we have an electric heater. A reminder is required from guest to host 3 days before check-in to confirm pool heat is on (call or message us). We will add pool heat after booking as an optional upgrade.

Security:
We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us, help protect you, and help protect our neighbors.
