don't stay here if filth and smoke bothers you!

The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.

This hotel has businesses operating out of rooms. Doors are open so you can see computers- shelves with clothing inventory. There were office arguments going on early in the morning. We were given the wrong room key so we barged into an elderly woman's room -- and her three dogs came charging at us.

worst place ever

First room they tried to put me in was full of bugs, stains and burnt furniture, even though it was a non smoking room. The next room they tried to put me in was already being occupied. The third and final room was cleaner than the first room but still had bugs on the bath towels. It was so bad when I asked for a refund they couldn’t give me one because it was purchased through hotels.com

Filthy- Don't Waste your time

Absolutely disgusting, filthy dirty, dead and live flies all over the room. Hair on the floor. Terrible check in service. Don't waste your time here. We check out ASAP. Had to hunt down the front desk person.

The staff is helpful and friendly. I upgraded to a "Suite" for $50 more & that was disappointing. The floors were grimy looking. They have a light colored couch that is dirty as well. Mismatched furniture. The chair that went to the desk was outside next to a garbage can that by the way was directly outside our door. The room just seemed big & empty. No spa

Very dark - but very nice!

Felt pretty apprehensive upon a late night arrival. Completely dark - no outside sign to let us know where we were (except our GPS). No parking anywhere near room - walked thru completely dark - no lights anywhere to find our room. Upon entry into room - it was great. Very clean - everything was new - slept great! Whole different look outside in the morning light! Very nice place. Maybe just forgot to turn on sign and night lights?

I like that hotel and this was my 2nd time staying there. The first time it was great and clean and the room was ready at 3pm. 2nd time was a little upset cause are room wasn’t ready and then found a few baby roaches in the room.

The hotel was full of drug addicts and drug dealers. When we stepped outside our room we were immediately offered drugs.

There was absolutely nothing unique about this property which is undergoing renovations. Avoid at all costs this property. I had sleepless nights disturbed by guests who partied all night long. You went to bed with the racket, woke up to it. Then you have the free roaming chickens and roosters, that crowed as early as 1:00 a.m. complaints to management had limited results. The small dining room was not well kept, the waffle batter machine had batter pouring down onto the bar counter and sticking to the surface. The one man staff was a heavy a smoker and stood right at the entrance door smoking, which was rude and very difficult for myself, who suffers from asthma and COPD. Then when he came back inside to prep more food, he failed to wash his hands or put on gloves while handling food. Plus, he was not clean, unwashed hair and disheveled clothing. The roosters were outside up on the picnic tables and leaving their droppings. The property is covered in the filth. The only helpful staff was Darlene, who helped to carry my luggage from one room to another. Jennifer was nice, but only offered a 10% discount due to my inconvenience. I should and am demanding a full refund for both nights. Plus, the Friday night rate was not the same as my online rate of $68.00($89.99), even after informing the front desk clerk. . No hospitality what so over😡😡😡I would immediately pull this property from your listing. I drove over 350 miles to attend a WWII veteran’s funeral. Beyond disappoin

There was blood on the wall, it smelled of a dead person, the bedding was filthy. When I asked for another room, the clerk argued with me. The pictures of the hotel on your website is completely wrong. I didn't stay at this hotel. First thing on Monday I will be calling the health department!!!

The worse hotel experience in my life

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel and boy was I in for a surprise. 1st, the room given to me originally smelled like cigarette smoke and it was filthy. There were holes in the wall, floor dirty, the shower had no shelf for soap or a razor and the pictures on the headboard looked like someone balled them up and tried to place them back on the headboard. After I complained about my room smelling like smoke I was given another room. All the staff seemed to smoke and smoke right outside the rooms while cleaning them so maybe that’s why they are oblivious to the odor. After I was given another room, and the next day it started to flood due to a sprinkler leak in the room damaging my girlfriends shoes. 2nd there are literally 25 to 40 wild chickens running around the property pooping right in front of the doors so be ready to step in chicken poop and track it into your room. After two days of this I asked for a refund after the flood and the manager refused to return my money for the day. It was 1:30 when the flood began and the manager said that we were in the room too long to receive a refund for that day. I was so mad that I vacated both rooms and took the loss. The pool was dug up in the courtyard and place looked like a bomb hit it. Not only was the staff rude, the place was not a 2.5 star hotel. It’s more like a 1 Star in my opinion.

Down the drain

Our toilet was broken and we asked to have repaired and they did nothing about it. They didn’t even clean our room. Will not go back to this place.

i like the whole propery in general but i need the pool to be done by my next stay ive been there a few times and that pool is taken forever please i really like it to be done.

TIMES ARE TOUGH

We sure checked into our beds before crawling into them. They were comfortable and we didn't find any bugs BUT in the morning at the bathroom sink a 1/4" cockroach went rushing by to hind under the plate holding the tiny soaps. The tub was so old and chipped, we decided to pass on using the shower. This room obviously is awaiting renovations, room 204. With local fires and people being displaced and having such a hard time, that might explain why some of the people we saw in the morning looked like they are living there. The continental breakfast was AWFUL

Loadest hotel I’ve ever stayed at between other guests, the highway, car alarms goin off all night and the DAMN ROOSTERS!! There a absolute ton of chickens running around and the have been screaming alll morning
