"Fine hotel, nice rooms and good internet."

"Maybe i got a bad room, but the entire place is severly run down. My room borders a health hazard. Mold, and dust everywhere. Floor is sticky. My bathroom water kept dripping. Aircon no cold air and the filters has not been cleaned since it was indtalled 20 years ago. I was afraid to open any drawers and would not recommend to go barefeet in the room. The pool is there, bit i dont think it has been in operation for many years and borders a health hazard. I will never stay here again. Reception...

"Rent værelse men lidt slidt"

"Loudest AC I’ve ever experienced. And it’s a brand new hotel. Had AC worked, it’s would have been great. But loud ac made sleep hard and life harder."

"Det var sjovt/hyggeligt, at ejer var så begejstret for H.C. Andersen."

"Clean room, close to lots of amenities such as malls and restaurant. It also have a gym, pool, and spa. Staff are great and friendly. They even let me check in early when arrive earlier than expected."

"Great when you are full of joy entering the hotel but very sad when you leave it while waiting in the bus stop with a yellow suitcase after checking out - Great to visit and very very sad to leave specially when you miss love ones"

"Charging for parking was a little bit surprising to me. I think if they want to charge for parking, they should do it right under a reservation not when you go there to find out, you have to pay for parking extra $17 a day parking area. I’m good elevator to the parking area. Wasn’t that appealing everything else as far as the hotel goes was clean."

"I booked the room in the evening for that same night after missing my train home, and then I woke up sick. From my after 8 p.m. arrival to my after checkout time departure the next day, the hosts were gracious and flexible in every way. Dwayne set me up with an ice pack and let me stay in bed past checkout time. I'm sorry I couldn't eat his great looking breakfast spread or use the gym. I did get to admire the lovely view"
