Luksushoteller i Yorkshire

"Underwhelming. Although a gorgeous hotel, my husband and I were not entirely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were fine and they're environmentally aware, which is always a plus, but some things were lacking for a luxury hotel such as this. First of all, the cleaning was not great. Occasionally old, wet towels were crumpled up and only halfway cleaned. Second of all, children were allowed to run wild in the spa, which meant that the one hour we booked during our stay was completely ruined by...

"Room was in good condition however it was a disabled room that was not advised on booking. There was an intermittent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Seeing the disabled room I immediately requested a room change but here was not much enthusiasm as we had a 2 night stay and was told the hotel was full the following night so not much they could do and on the first night there were currently no other made up rooms. Overall the staff at the bar and in the restaurant and around the hotel...
