At the heart of the lodge is the impressive open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, thoughtfully designed for both entertaining and unwinding. The striking modern kitchen features sophisticated wooden and black cabinetry, sleek work surfaces and high-quality appliances, complemented by a beautiful wooden dining table with comfortable seating for memorable meals together.



Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the spacious living area provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with two plush sofas and a stylish pouffe centred around a tasteful wall-mounted TV unit. Expansive windows and patio doors allow natural light to pour in while framing the beautiful outdoor views, leading directly onto the stunning private decking area. The lodge offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort and luxury in mind. The impressive master bedroom features sumptuous bedding, elegant furnishings, a dressing table and ample wardrobe space, creating a peaceful boutique-style retreat. The second bedroom is equally stylish, offering two comfortable single beds with matching contemporary décor and refined finishing touches.



Completing the property are two sleek modern bathrooms, one featuring a relaxing bath and the other a spacious shower, both finished with high-quality fittings and contemporary units to provide a true spa-like feel throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date. Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay. At this property there is space for guests to park up to two cars. There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times. Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us. Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site. All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

Complimentary parking is provided for complete convenience during your stay. York Railway Station, just 25–30 minutes away, provides excellent national connections with regular services to London, Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh. Taxis are readily available from the station, or guests can reach Pocklington by bus and complete the final short leg of the journey by taxi or on foot.
