    Welcome to this beautifully renovated Victorian terraced home in York, where period charm meets modern comfort. Thoughtfully designed throughout, this stylish 3-bedroom property is perfect for families, groups, or business travellers looking for a comfortable and well-equipped base.

    As you step inside, you’re greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads you into the heart of the home. To the right, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room diner, newly finished with a contemporary feel while still retaining a cosy atmosphere. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring York, featuring a Smart TV and even an electric keyboard for guests to enjoy. The dining area provides a great setting for shared meals and socialising.

    From the living space, you can access the private rear yard, complete with garden furniture—an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

    Leading off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, designed with convenience in mind. Guests will have access to a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and washing machine—everything needed for a comfortable self-catered stay. At the end of the kitchen, you’ll find a modern family bathroom, finished to a high standard.

    There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a convenience store nearby on Watson Street as well as larger supermarkets located on Foss Island Road.

    Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

    Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

    Guests can enjoy access to the entire property.

    CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
    Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
    Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

    PARKING
    We can offer parking for one car during your stay. This is managed with digital parking permits and will allow you to park in parking zone R60, which includes Railway Terrace, St. Paul's Terrace, Watson Street and Watson Terrace as well as Cleveland Street and Upper St Paul's Terrace. In order to arrange this, please provide your license number at the point of booking and we will register your vehicle for parking with the council.

    INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.

    My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

    Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed.

    24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
