With a prime location two and a half miles away from downtown York, you'll have everything you need to enjoy a peaceful retreat at your fingertips. This small beach town comes to life under the rays of the summer sun and bustles with activity, perfect for families or those looking to escape daily life. Two blocks away is Long Sands, one of the town's two beaches. Two and a half miles away is the family-friendly Short Sands beach. Here you can find a public playground, several basketball courts, and a lush open lawn area. This cottage is not equipped with a dishwasher.
Both cottages are located on the same property as the occupied main house.
Both Big Cottage and Little Cottage can be rented separately or together.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
