"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

"직원분이 친절하게 대응해 주셨고 갑작스럽게 비가와서 우산을 준비하지 못했는데 친절하게 렌탈해주셔서 비를 맞지 않고 저녁식사를 하러 갈수 있었습니다 4인가족이라 남자2여자2가족실을 사용했으나 가족실 안에 샤워실이 너무 좁아 여성전용 사워실을사용해도 괜찮겠냐고 문의해보니 친절하게 흥쾌이승낙해 주셔서 여자 둘이서 편안하게 사용 할수 있어서 너무나도 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗했고 관리도 잘 되어 있어서 믿음이 갔습니다 다만 숙소가 3층이라 앨리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다 그것말고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다 다음 요코하마 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다"

"The lady who checked me in was super friendly, and offered me plenty of candy at the front desk. Some of the flaws that I’ve seen here are the presence of mosquitoes and the lack of a source of water or ice. The pros that I can share here are that it doesn’t require the key or keycard to run the lights or circuits in the room, and the room is quite furnished with views of the beach."

"Our first visit to Japan began with 3 nights in Kamakura, a beautiful small coastal city. We chose WeBase due its great overall location and its proximity to Yuigahama station. The hotel is tucked away down a quiet street and you’d miss the entrance if you didn’t know it was there. Rooms are spotless and modern. The breakfast galettes were incredible and the breakfast service was one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely stay there again!"

"The room was very comfortable, the place is clean and the attention to detail is great. The staff, though remote was very helpful. It is extremely well located, a stone throw away from the train. 5-10 minutes walk from good restaurants, hiking trails and temples. I highly recommend if you want an authentic feeling, cozy space.
