"We checked in quite late for our one night stay. My first set of room keys didn't work but reception quickly sorted it out. Several luggage carts available to move cases etc from the car to our room. Lovely big king-size room with sofa. Lots of space. Big luggage rack. Very comfy king size bed, fridge, modern bathroom, soft towels. Lots of variety at breakfast. They were quick to restock supplies. The whole hotel felt very new and smart. We would stay here again."

"Staff very good"

"If I could give a negative review here I would. I highly recommend if you stay not to remove your shoes. My feet were black from very light walking in the room. I took my dog out for a bathroom break around 4am and found the room key wasn’t working upon our return. Went to the front desk but nobody was around. Rang the bell and nothing. Dialed 0 per the phone instructions and it just rang. Hung up and tried again more than once. Finally someone answered but hung up on me. Dialed back to get a...

"Bedding didn't fit the bed, looked like they were put on sideways and did not come to top, Only about 2/3's of the way up. Desk refused to give me a 1st floor room. Noise was unbearable for comfortable rest. Carpet, chase & chair were stained. Guests smoking pot in parking lot."

"Fabulous and friendly!"

"This hotel is pretty new and that makes it nicer than the others we've stayed in. The room is spacious with great beds. Apart from other guests it's very quiet. Breakfast is complimentary. It's ok with eggs and sausages but not out of the ordinary. They do have complimentary hot tea and coffee in the lobby. That's awesome. The area around the hotel is nothing special but we had a nice dinner at an Italian restaurant just 2 min. walk from the hotel. There's a couple of other restaurants in...

"Highly recommend! We came in for a wedding. They took care of the trip before even arriving. Thank you for the early check in to get ready for the wedding, front desk young woman was very nice (forgot her name but said she just had moved into clown) and very good breakfast! Hope the staff and young lady get the attention/ pay for the great service provided! Thanks again. - Daniel"

"Nice, walkable area with plenty of options for food."

"Hotellet er rigtig fint. Meget rent og velholdt. Servicen i morgenmadsrestauranten var dog meget mangelfuld. Lange ventetider og fejl i bestillingen alle 3 morgener. "

"I was disappointed with the front desk at my check in time. I arrived around a little bit after noon on the date of my reservation and asked about checking in early and was told no rooms would be available for about 45 minutes. Totally understandable but was directed to the restaurant which was open and we could grab some lunch. This sounded like a good option, and we proceeded to have lunch. After having lunch, I returned to the desk to check in and was now informed I would need to pay an...
