"Room was ok. Downsides: noisy fan from kitchen right outside my window that turned off around 22 oclock; noisy wedding party going on all night on the same floor; evening buffet was acceptable at best - I would rather go for another restaurant in town.
Staff is nice and the bar is open all night. Breakfast is good."

"I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room."
"The room was amazing. The view was spectacular. The bed was really comfortable. I can't fault the place at all. The only downside was the wifi wasn't working and the 4G was down also. This could have been due to the weather but it made communicating with the host difficult but thankfully we had everything we needed and it was only a two day stay."
"Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist."
