"Unique property, with Italian themes throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff. Specialty coffees are offered for free in the morning, but it could require a minor waiting time. Breakfast items available for purchase. We liked it quite a bit and would stay again."

"Staff went above and beyond at check in. Convenient location for visiting our son at URI."

"Will definitely go back. House was perfect for a family gathering. Beautiful scenery and the house was updated and clean."

"Welcoming and clean! We enjoyed our last minute one night stay. The waffles were yummy in the morning."

"The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area."

"Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! "As soon as you walked into the hotel all you could smell was marijuana. Room smelled-musty Breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Coffee was cold. Shower head was nasty with hard water stains. The hair dryer was sticky and dirty. And the shower when in made loud scratching noises. I will never stay at one of these hotels again, I’d rather pay a little more money eh and stay somewhere else."

"The great thing is that the motel is near eateries, gas stations etc. There are some updates in the rooms but holes/peeled paint on entry doors and walls in the hotel room. I cleaned the vents in the fans before I used the heater bc it was quite dirty. The staff is lovely and quickly responded to my concerns about the people above me."

"It was ok for the night Breakfast was nothing to be desired"

"I did not like the room. The room is not properly clean. The staff are friendly. The location is closed to gas station and shops ."
