My wife was unwell for most of the 12 days but they looked after us so well. Was stuck in bed for 4 days and in room 6 days.
Lots of hot water. Towels and bedding could be better but no big deal.

"This hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and new amenities! The hotel management was very kind by helping me with an early check in and a late check out. On the other hand, I requested for a good view (at time of check in) instead they gave me a room with not just a view but a balcony as well which was not included in my booking. Staff are always smiling and helpful if you need any guidance. Their breakfast items were great in taste. The hotel is just a minute away from lovely Ataturk park...

"While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. "
