"Beautiful property, lots of amenities, close to town. There was plenty of room for 9 people. You Can walk to several restaurants. We all enjoyed the community hot tub and pool. It was great having a washer & dryer in the house. Steamboat Springs is a beautiful town. We would come back and stay here again!"

"Our group included 7 adults and 2 dogs. We initially had 5 adults and easily accommodated two more. Everything worked. Location was great for the dogs. It was a quiet location with the dog/walking path directly out the front door. The living room area is a bit tight and the chairs aren't very comfortable. We had humans lying on the dog beds while watching a movie. HAHA! As in a previous review, if you are picky about knives, bring your own. Also if you want a good nonstick pan to make...
