Sea Breeze Callao by Escape Home

The Villa Sea Breeze ~ Callaoby Escape Home is a completely renovated villa located in Playa Blanca, (Island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain) surrounded by volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean; waters with a beautiful contrast of colours that you won't forget.



It is located in the South area of the Island; modern design, with plenty of light and space; It is distributed in a completely open-plan space, thus integrating the different areas: lounge, kitchen, a spacious terrace and private heated outdoor pool. It has air conditioning in all rooms of the house, free WiFi, safe, state-of-the-art alarm system and private parking.



The lounge is very spacious and has a 65" TV with the possibility of watching foreign channels, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, kitchen utensils...). In addition, you will find a room with washing machine, ironing area and clothesline.



The villa has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms en suite with double bed (king size) and one of them with two single beds. All have air conditioning and flat-screen TV.



Outside you will find a private heated pool and jacuzzi, chill-out area and a spacious garden with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the good weather that our island offers throughout the year.



The booking of this accommodation implies the express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, available on the Escape Home website.



For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local festival periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
