Situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade. INTERIOR Living/Dining Rooms: The front door leads into the living area, a beautiful, bright space, completed with 3 comfortable sofas, large window that provides amazing sea views, TV with satellite system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5 & all SKY channels available in Lanzarote) There is also complimentary WIFI. Just off from the living room you will find the inner courtyard with glass atrium for enjoying your breakfast or dinner under the Lanzarote sky. Kitchen: Just off from the Living Area is the kitchen, with wooden fitted units, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, There is a separate utility room with washing machine. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 Master bedroom has a king sized bed and another single bed (recommended for children as a family room), and large patio doors that lead out to the pool area. Large en suite bathroom with large walk in rain shower, wash basin, vanity mirror and WC. Dressing area with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 Twin bedroom with bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and vanity mirror. Beautiful pool terrace and sea views from bedroom window. Bedroom 3 Twin bedroom with bedside tables and another single bed (recommended for children as a family room), reading lamps fitted wardrobes, dressing table and vanity mirror. Family Cloakroom Separate WC and hand wash basin. EXTERIOR Pool and Sun Terrace: The master bedroom and the living room lead out to a al fresco shaded dining area, with seating for 8 and a small 2 seater chill out area. There is a pool table for further entertainment, and also a modern jacuzzi/hot tub for a relaxing time, while you soak up the sun and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The sun terrace provides 6 sun beds and a private pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.1m to 1.5m in depth, with stepped entry. There is an outside shower for convenience, and a built in Canarian style BBQ.
OTHER INFORMATION Location: It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5–10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €7.00 (2025) Parking and Accessibility: It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is parking for 1 vehicle. Nearby parking also available for a further car. The villa is all on one floor. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience. Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. First child under the age of 2 years, at the time, of travel, stays free. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
