The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a practical trundle bed, both equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has a work desk, perfect for working from home in an atmosphere of total peace.



The bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower tray, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and clothesline.



The kitchen, functional and well-equipped, includes a hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, complete kitchenware, kettle and capsule coffee machine. It also has a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.



The living room is spacious and bright, with a Smart TV and direct access to a terrace with spectacular sea views, equipped with a table and chairs so you can relax outdoors.
