  • Summary:

    Casa Santuario is a beautiful 4 bed villa based on the quite residential complex of Buganvillas. The villa is new to the rental market and has been recently renovated.

    As you enter the main entrance you come to a spacious hallway which leads to the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. The villa has four good size bedrooms. There are two King rooms and a further two twin bedrooms, making the villa perfect for families. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower in.



    The Space:

    Casa Santuario is a beautiful 4 bed villa based on the quite residential complex of Buganvillas. The villa is new to the rental market and has been recently renovated.

    As you enter the main entrance you come to a spacious hallway which leads to the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. The villa has four good size bedrooms. There are two King rooms and a further two twin bedrooms, making the villa perfect for families. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower in. The guest bathroom next to the second double bedroom has a shower over a bath, The third and fourth bedroom share a bathroom with a shower in. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, which works via a consumption based coin meter.

    The kitchen is light and with its white fronts, makes the kitchen feel airy and spacious It is fully equipped with everything that you need to make your holiday relaxing and easy. It has a beautiful work top and all the usual appliances you would expect to find, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and plenty of Cookware, Utensils, Crockery and Cutlery.

    The lounge has very high ceilings with high designer windows which is a feature of the Buganvillas community. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating for all, a wide screen Tv, Dvd player (DVD's not supplied) and Iptv system. Via the Iptv system the villa benefits from Bbc, Itv, Sky channels and a multitude of other language channels (for example, Spanish, German, French etc....)

    Large Patio doors lead to the outside area, where you have plenty of terrace to dine or take time to relax on a sun bed and enjoy the perfect climate Lanzarote has to offer.

    The pool is approximately 8 x 4m with roman steps leading in to it. It also benefits from electrical pool heating giving a great temperature throughout the year. Casa Santuario also boasts an extended terrace area totalling 220 square meters, with beautiful Lava Rock (Piedra) planters giving a perfect balance of space and attractive plants. On this larger than average terrace there is plenty of room for the sunbeds to lounge around the pool and the villa has a magnificent Hot Tub which is fantastic to chill out in and watch the world go by (additional weekly charge applies for use of the Hot Tub, please ask for details).

    The villa is located centrally in Playa Blanca and is approximately a 15 to 20-minute walk to the main area, which has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and 3 lovely beaches.

    For beach lovers, Playa Blanca is well known for the world renowned Papagayo beaches, Completely un-spoilt stunning natural beaches, and only a short drive away.

    Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

    There is an additional charge if you wish to add the Hot Tub to the booking, please ask for details.

    Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

    A Welcome Pack consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

Just returned from our second stay at this villa . Great location lovely and quiet, not to far from shops and bars. South facing so get the sun all day . Comfortable beds ,fully equipped kitchen ,would recommend this villa . Would be good if a handle rail was fitted to the pool to make it easier to get in and out of .

Fantastic villa with everything you could need for your holiday. Very clean and spacious with a home from home feel. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The villa has everything you need, the outside area with pool and hot tub were perfect. The villa is in a fabulous location for the islands attractions and local restaurants and amenities. We will definitely returning to this loved Villa Helen and Adrian

Pool area was a great space to relax during the day. Nothing not to like, villa was clean, spacious and had everything you needed, welcome pack after a late flight was a lovely touch. Would we return - definitely, highly recommend. Outside lighting.

Just back from staying at Casa Santuario for a week ,and I have got to say its probably the best villa we have stayed in . The pictures don't do it justice. It's location was perfect for us so peaceful, and only a short drive into the centre of Playa Blanca . The villa was spotless and had Everything that you could possibly want for a great holiday . The pool was great not to big which suited us and the hot tub was brilliant . We didn't want to come home ,and hopefully book again next year .

Family holiday in Playa Blanca

The villa is really well equiped with a great standard of appliances. Not much to improve on in that respect. Walkable to shops, bars and beaches. Pool was a great size for my grandchildren. We really enjoyed our holiday there. Maybe an option to buy loo rolls, cleaning products in advance, it's not the sort of thing you think to bring when you're flying. You don't really want to have to shop for household items on holiday.

We have just returned from this villa. The pool was dirty when we arrived but the cover had been left off. There was old food left in the cup boards - obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived - not enough towels for 4 adults we contacted the relevant people who brought us more towels and apologised for the left food.. The villa is spacious with a reasonable amount of equipment - maybe plastic cups for round the pool ?also a hand rail for the pool may help us older people get in and out??? Expensive compared to others in the area and you pay in ££ not Euros as we have done at previous villas - we often stay at Las Burganvillas and we have stayed in better villas - a little disappointing for the cost. Would not book again but we booked last minute so we had limited options.

Fabulous Villa

Our family of 8 stayed in this wonderful villa,it is very spacious and clean,10 minute walk and your in town taxi back was 3.5 euros,villa very comfortable,we used the t.v,you tube for music,kitchen well prepared,tea coffee sugar etc,there was bits for cleaning,also bit left from other guests a few spices,oil etc,we booked the hot tub as an extra which was great and also extra pool heating so the pool was 29 degrees,we all loved it,kids wouldn't get out of the pool,lots of outside space,booking was easy and I had a few questions,which John answered quickly and was very helpful,will be definitely using this company again,Thankyou for a Wonderful week in the sun,we stayed from the 7th to 14th Feb,weather was cloudy until 11 the the sun was full out. None fabulous holiday.

We loved the villa and how quiet and relaxed the area is. It was so clean, so well equipped, modern, bright and beautiful. If we had to be picky, the chairs outside are very noisy.

One of the best villas for equipment ie glasses crockery etc we have stayed in Lanzarote our stay was for 12 days and during this time there was no linen towel change etc which we found unacceptable and had not encountered this before In Lanzarote. We were disappointed when questioned this were told we could have clean linen but would be charged Overall villa lovely we’ll situated but need a little general maintainence Improvement can be made by a cleaning service half way through as has been the norm throughout the years we have been coming to Lanzarote

Lovely villa, excellent location.

Well kitted out villa with everything you need. Hot tub was an extra bonus! Short walk to local supermarkets, shops, beachfront restaurants, and of course beaches. You can also walk up into the local volcano. The rest of the island is very drivable. Would highly recommend.

Very well equipped villa with excellent facilities, heated pool and we were fortunate to have good weather to round it off It would have been helpful to receive direct response to concerns regarding issues raised while we were there and the intended timescale these could be rectified ie pool product applied, blocked drains

The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. Questions we had were answered quickly and it was within reach of restaurants, town etc. It would be helpful to have had a folder/list of information in the house with internet password, how to use the hob, payment for air conditioning etc

Villa great for larger families as 4 Bed, 2 zones for bedrooms too!

4 beds , 3bathrooms great combinations and villa set up well, everything you could need in a really good kitchen to make stay and cooking, bbq etc easy. All loved the space, outside and in, best to have transport as a bit far to walk to shops, beaches etc. Great welcome & care throughout

The villa is fantastic for a family. It has everything you need, is modern, and super comfortable. The Villas Now team are really helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Great Stay at Casa Santuario

The villa is lovely and spacious and was ideal for our family. It was great to have a separate sitting area and bathroom with the childrens bedrooms. We loved the outdoor area especially the pool and hot tub. The villa is in a great location it is set in a quiet area but only a 15 min walk or 5 min taxi ride from Playa Blanca

Mi familia está encantada.

La casa es perfecta para familias o grupos, cómoda, con todo lo necesario y muy bonita. La piscina tiene un tamaño mediano pero lo mejor es el jacuzzi, sin duda. Los dormitorios son muy coquetos y los armarios, enormes. La cocina tiene electrodomésticos de última generación, y es muy moderna. La limpieza es mejorable, las guías de las puertas y ventanas tenían mucha tierra, también el exterior de las ventanas tenía tierra por no haber sido limpiado en muchísimo tiempo. La piscina se llena de hojas y mosquitos porque el filtro no limpia tan rápido como debiera y los chorros de agua son lentos. Por lo demás, genial. Sí deberían tener algún empleado que hable también español, nosotros sabemos inglés pero nos costó un poco la comunicación. Ah, como anécdota, la gaveta de los cubiertos tiene truco, es invisible, así que pidan que les digan donde está, al llegar.

Fantastic villa in great location

Recently stayed in Casa Santuario villa. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Really enjoyed using the heated pool and the villa had lots of space for everybody. There was a local shop and bar and the beach and main town could be walked to in under 15 minutes. Will definitely be returning.
