"Nice hotel at a good price"

"Great hotel. Joe and Cheryl at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The lady taking care of the breakfast buffet area was very pleasant and thoughtful. At the time of our stay they were actively renovating, which turned out to be quiet, quick, and looked really nice afterwards."

"This was my second stay here, I plan to be back every year when I come to Downingtown. The staff is very friendly and service-minded, the rooms are nice and everything I could ask for in this category of hotel, the breakfast buffet is really good, and the hotel itself is nice, clean and easily accessible. "None to capture"

"Love staying here"

"Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean as was the entire facility, including the elevators. Traffic noise from the rooms on the back was a little loud, but earplugs were provided. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Clean, no bugs or smells. Appreciate the clean lobby..yher than that, everything was just ok. Last time I stayed at a HGI in a different location, it was much nicer. For the price, Im shocked at what we got (or, more importantly, what we didn't get) Absolutely hard terrible bed... squeaked like a creaky door. There was a large decorative panel next to the bathroom mirror completely missing. Toilet paper was scratchy. Not even a free bottle of water. Ridiculous. Lights in bathroom were so bright...
