Summary:

Located in XpuHa, home to the best beach along the Riviera Maya, the houses offer close proximity to many local attractions. Both Puerto Aventuras and Akumal are just 10 minutes away, while the beach is only 1KM away (Beach Club access has a cover charge of 250 pesos, with 200 pesos credited towards consumption). Cancun Airport is 1 hour away, and both Playa del Carmen and Tulum are just 30 minutes away. Our dedicated team ensures your comfort and a hassle-free stay.



The Space:

These spacious villas offer seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, complemented by a living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed in each. They can accommodate more than 20 guests.



The first villa: The master suite features a balcony equipped with a hot tub and a hammock, while two other bedrooms on the upper floor have balconies with hammocks, perfect for relaxing. The ground-floor bedroom offers the luxury of a private jacuzzi.



From every corner of the house, you'll enjoy stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Outside, the patio is set up for your entertainment with a 150-inch projection screen. It also includes a bar, a cozy lounge area with a fire pit, and a small pool to cool off in the tropical heat. The villa is only 50 yards from the clubhouse, which features a fully-equipped gym and a semi-Olympic pool.



The second villa: The master bedroom has direct access to the pool.



The second bedroom has a private terrace, and the third features two beds for children.



Each bedroom has its own bathroom.



The Xalmar Beach Club is just 3/4 of a mile away and is accessible to our guests. A fee of $250 per adult is charged, of which $200 is credited towards consumption. We strongly recommend traveling by car, as you'll need to navigate a busy road.

We kindly ask that they adhere to the rules outlined by both the house and the development during their stay. For an enhanced experience at the beach club, we highly recommend booking through us in advance to secure a reserved space and ensure availability.
