We came by bullet train Xi a north station, we got on the no.2 metro train and got off at Xingzheng Zhong xin station, this is a really big station, we got directed to the other side of the hotel, get of the metro and exit from C5 and the hotel is about 200 metres on the right side of the City On shopping mall. Our stay include breakfast, however if you are looking for western breakfast there aren't many...

Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now...

"We had a very nice stay at the Hilton i Xi'an. The air conditioner did not cool properly in our room, but there was no problem in changing to another room instead. The breakfast is very good as well as the staff service."
