    The Islander Resort offers guests an island experience like no other resort! Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the waves crash, enjoy ocean breezes, and relax on island time while creating lasting memories with family and friends on your next Islander Resort vacation.

    **Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season**

    **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

    The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

    Parking instructions:
    2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

    Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

    You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

    Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

The condo was exactly what we needed. Too comfortable rooms and a very lovely view of the ocean. Everything was as described and communication with the host. One necessary was easy.

Great beach!

Great place with a great beach. We found some fossilized great white teeth and a 4” mammoth tooth while walking the beach.

We loved our stay at The Islander! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home, with a fantastic view! Everyone we encountered was very personable and kind. We will definitely return!

Beach trip

Beautiful ocean front condo. Airlie Gardens was beautiful even though not much was in bloom. Riverwalk and the boat tour had great historic information. Enjoyed our beach time too!

Incredible view. Perfect for the price. Would stay again. The only negative was the central air flow into the master bedroom was very poor. That needs to be addressed asap.

We have stayed in this home before two years ago. It is well appointed and stocked with all that you need. We have owned a condo at another beach, so we understand that things in rental units can deteriorate at a faster pace than normal. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed by the owners, but nothing that created any inconvenience. Fresh paint and some general maintenance such as loose bathroom fixtures would be in order. When deck furniture is replaced/upgraded, some taller chairs would be nice so that you could see the beach over them withut obstruction. We had a great time and felt very comfortable.

It was a perfect beach location. Unobstructed and down the beach a little, a view of Johnny Mercer pier. We loved the space and particularly the well appointed kitchen. We did drinks on the balcony and dinner for two at the dining table.The pool looked great, but unfortunately, they had just closed it for the season. The only downside.

Beautiful view and convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay at The Islander unit 3C! The building was secured by key fobs, and just a short walk from the lobby to the pool then beach. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals, and it was convenient to have all linens and bath towels provided. We would highly recommend this property! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Beautiful Beach - Perfect Location

The location right on the beach with beach views, where we could hear the ocean sounds was perfect! The pool area with direct access to the beach was so convenient. The condo was big enough for 4 of us and we never felt crowded. Our first time in Wrightsville. The beach exceeded our exoecations! It’s clear water, fun waves and super clean sand was even more beautiful than the photos could capture. We will be back for sure!

Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable

Large 2-bedroom unit with updated interior offered plenty of space and amenities. We enjoyed the pool and easy beach access. The unit is just as described. Only suggestion - better glassware. Thanks!

Lovely Beach Vacation!

Great access to beach with beautiful ocean view and very close to the Wrightsville Bridge! The condo was spacious and clean. Only issue with very uncomfortable beds and balcony furniture in desperate need of updating. Should have communicated the exterior construction before the nonrefundable payment was made.

This condo is spacious and well appointed. It was completely remodeled at some point in time and is very comfortable. It has a nice 5X10 deck with chairs and is on the third floor for an unobstructed view of the ocean. The ocean is the color of the Caribbean because there is much less silt and is very clear.

Both sliding doors did NOT lock and the large sliding door was duct taped and painters taped as it was broken. Safety was a concert the whole time. The pictures did not show the door as is. The light shines in all night in the twin bedroom. Chairs in den very uncomfortable

Great Times

Our experience was very good. Property was as described. Great ocean and pool views. Only negative. was water just tricked in bathroom sink but that was an easy work around for us. Overall a great experience. Likely return.

Cond 3C

This condo is in desperate need of some TLC. The front room had no dresser to unpack so you live out of a suitcase for your stay. The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and cheap! Fortunately, the showers had been recently remodeled but the front bedroom closet is a total mess. This condo needs a professional organizer. I have paid the same price for other condos that were so nice.

Would stay again

The property is well maintained and is in a great location with easy beach access. The condo had ample space for our family of 4 and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking with a nice amount of counter space. The maintenance staff immediately came up to address an issue and was very pleasant. We had a 5am flight when we left so the checkout requirements were a bit cumbersome but pretty standard for rentals these days where they basically want all the dishes done, trash taken out, beach towels washed and beds stripped. I felt bad for the other units who had to hear us taking trash to the shoot at 2am. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Loved the property and location

The property is perfectly located on a very quiet section or Wrightsville. The view is stunning. The condo is clean, nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The design of the master bath is very tight if you are overweight. I would definitely stay there in the future. Check in was cumbersome. There were discrepancies in directions between the property managers guide and follow up emails/texts. These good be easily updated to match. There are also too many texts and emails sent during the visit. These were the reasons for me low ratings about the property manager and an overall rating of 4 nout 5.

Didn’t feel like a vacation

Unit and property were clean and checkin was easy. Two cons: too many emails and negative checkout process. LOTS of emails pre, during and post stay…remember all the rules, you cannot checkin one minute before 4 pm., are you going to arrive after 4? Are you going to checkout before 10 am? Remember to strip beds, do dishes and take out trash, if you checkout early, let us know, etc., I was on vacation, I signed the docs with rules, I have rented the unit from 4 pm until 10 am, leave me alone! The emails felt like they were hovering and if I have to work that hard for checkout, why charge such a high cleaning fee? In summary, I would not recommend if you want a relaxing place to stay that feels like your home vs. the rental company’s.
