Based in the seaside town of Worthing, it is perfectly located to explore the award-winning beaches and seafront, as well as the stunning landscape of the South Downs. The two tastefully decorated bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master with ensuite bathroom and a further separate shower room for the second bedroom. The kitchen is well designed and fully equipped with everything you need to rustle up a home cooked meal or heat up a takeaway from the many local restaurants. The open plan living room offers panoramic views of the seafront and pier beyond and leads out to the south facing balcony area with table and chairs, an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

Recently added to The Times holiday hot list, Worthing is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of shops and no shortage of places to eat and drink. Kenny Tutt the MasterChef winner has two restaurants here, Pitch and Bayside Social. With its beautiful palm-tree lined promenade, the seafront is based around the historic pier and a revamped beach parade. Walk or cycle to the many surrounding beaches, Goring Beach, South Lancing and Kingston. The 700 coastal bus stops right outside the house and takes you to Brighton one way or Arundel and Littlehampton the other. Prepare a picnic and take one of the many walking trails into the South Downs National Park.
