"Its a pretty standard 3 star hotel, not 5 star (except from staff they are 5 star). My first room had mold in the shower and a rusty showerhead, wallpaper was peeling off multiple places, and the room was overall very "used".
The staff was very kind and understanding and offered me a new room instantly. The new room was better, had no mold in the shower, and minimal rust and gunk in the showerhead, as well as few scuff marks on furniture. I decided to stay in this room, as I got the feeling it...

"Ok hotel in Aerocity, but clear that it is a bit worne down. Rooftop pool good for swimming, and breakfast buffet was excellent. Beds not very comfortable (very soft). The flagship restaurant of the hotel (Kheer) is very overrated. I only stayed at the hotel to visit Kheer and the food experience was dissapointing for a restaurant that is suppose to be among Delhi’s best restaurants. Nothing but a regular hotel restaurant (but with same price level as Delhi’s top restaurants). "

I rented an iron/board for free which was nice. Downside is the price for airport transfer and breakfast and that is seems like trash from the room service orders was left outside the rooms all day."

"I booked the hotel for my parents (for 2 days with Breakfast and Dinner included) and requested the hotel staff 4-5 times well in advance to help my parents connect their gadgets to the internet. Upon arrival, my parents too requested them for internet and nobody came for atleast 1 hour. The TV and aircondition were not working. Nobody cared to listen to old people as they called helpdesk several times. Somebody came in the evening but by then my parents had totally lost their patience and they...
