"This hotel was a great find! It is very affordably priced with a good location in Kunming. It is within walking distance of a metro station. The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet.
