Extra orange and apple juice, as well as milk in a fridge in the hallway.
Local drinks available and we later sat by the fire. We had eaten earlier in the day so did not try and evening meal, but they were booked out
Bed was firm and comfy, and we slept well.
Cooked full "Miner's" breakfast in the morning, with mostly local produce was great. Other foods...

"Great spot in a pretty village. Lovely countryside and neighbouring villages surrounding. Secure parking. Handy for Gloucester. Reasonably priced. Good pub nearby.
Friendly host. Very nice breakfast - served early at my request. Cute dogs.
Room was charming and well equipped, although it could benefit from the one thing I couldn't find...a fan. Very warm in the elevated annexe in the summer.

It’s full of original features like fire places, beams etc. There are lots of books, including for children, available to borrow. One was a 1914 very detailed description of that part of Monmouthshire - local history, buildings, family trees etc. Church Farm is mentioned. There’s also an old church nearby in the village of Mitchel Troy.

"Unfortunately the hot weather spoilt this stay. The room 304 was like Satans Inferno - so hot - the provided fan only moved hot air around - air con would have been so much better. Nearly went down to sleep in reception which is air conditioned. "

"Creates was an excellent experience! Everyone was super nice and accommodating! The room was clean and so cute and cozy. The location was great and it was easy to find. We also had lunch and the cafe below and it was excellent too. Overall highly recommended and we hope to go back someday!"

The food was fantastic too! They had great breakfast options, plus lunch and dinner, and even gluten-free choices for celiacs like me. Portions were generous, and the prices matched up well with what we got.
