Walkers will love having access to the South West Coast Path, with walks to the National Trust’s Morte Point, only 1.5 miles away, or to Saunton Sands, 6.5 miles along the coast. A great family day out is at historic Watermouth Castle, which offers experiences and activities for all ages and is just 10.5 miles away. Another seaside must-visit attraction is Ilfracombe, 4 miles away, which has a historic harbour from which you can take boat trips, including fishing trips and visit Lundy Island, famous for its puffins.




Step into the porch and through to the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area of this superb two-storey seaside property. You will feel at home from the moment you enter, with the relaxing hues, abundance of natural light, and inviting decor and furnishings creating a welcoming space. After a day exploring, come home and settle into one of the plush sofas and unwind with a cool drink. In the evenings, gather to watch your favourite box set on the Smart TV. Ahead of the sofas, you’ll find the chic kitchen area, complete with all the necessary appliances so that you can whip up some family favourites. The wooden dining table looks out to the garden and is a lovely spot to enjoy memorable meals and relive the day’s activities. Patio doors open out from the dining area into the garden. When it is time to sleep, there is a ground-floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, a free-standing bath and a WC. Take the stairs from the lounge up to the first floor and drift off to sleep in one of two delightful en-suite king-size bedrooms, one of which has an additional single bed. Keep your eye out for characterful windows decorated with enchanting images reflecting the seaside location.




Step out onto the patio with outdoor furniture – an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a lazy afternoon tea. Private parking is available for two cars.
