"We had such a wonderful stay at the beach house! From check-in to check-out, the communication with the owner was absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and super helpful every step of the way.The layout of the property worked perfectly for our group. The teens loved having their own separate space, while the little ones stayed upstairs with us, which made it easy to keep an eye on them. It honestly felt more like a tropical compound than just a house—tons of space to spread out and...

The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, so close to all popular attractions and amenities. 7 minutes from seaside heights boardwalk. 40 minutes from great adventure. If you forgot something and it isn’t already provided by the host, shopping is also only 15-35 minutes away. The pool/patio is fantastic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. 4 adults and 2 teen guests. "

"As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay. Pros: very close to bay beach ( few minute drive), 20 mins from LBI, clean home, easy to use kitchen, fenced in yard. The AC takes time getting used to the sound in the main bedroom, so I would bring a sleep sound. We had a great stay . If you are coming with young kids bring a travel tub because there is only a shower. "

"Absolutely amazing stay in Ship Bottom! This house was the perfect spot, walkable to the beach, close to restaurants and coffee shops, and the backyard space can’t be beat! It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Really a gem of a find on LBI, we can’t wait to come back "
