"Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. "

"Great directions to access the place. Great location and beautiful grounds. Many fun things to walk to. Condo had plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Blackout curtains would be nice in the early morning sun. Having a patio was a plus. Also had a nice big gym overlooking the pool.

"I liked the lady at the front office she was very helpful. The beds were comfortable.
On the other hand, the halls were very dirty, carpet patched with tape, the chair in my room was very dirty we couldn't sit on it. The spa wasn't working. The tv wasn't working. The dresser marble top was broken in two."

"There was strange men in the parking lot asking our names when we came back from main St. The overall stay was excellent and very well priced. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The shampoo they leave for you is actually really nice too. The property manager was super sweet and smelled like she was cooking some good food. Would absolutely stay again. "
