Shareton hasn't been able to locate them even I called the next day. Wouldn't have thought that from a hotel like this, but they where nice shirts, and it was my own fault I guess."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and engaged in nice conversation. The room was very clean and friendly. We were excited to find out that there was continental breakfast included since on Orbitz website it didn’t have it as an amenity. Recommend this hotel!"

"Staff was wonderful. The bathroom toilet seemed not to have been scrubbed for quite a while. The tub bottom was curved so much made it difficult to stand with your feet flat to take a shower."

The pool was quiet at night, and we had a balcony off the 2nd floor. I was quite surprised at how quiet it was and dark once the curtain was closed. Their kitchen was having renovations so breakfast was grab and go, which we did not care for, so we walked to MOA for all 3 meals. Very close to Mall of America, within walking distance, and the train to downtown. Parking is available on site but they charge you for it.
