Nestled in South Gippsland between the stunning coastlines of Inverloch, Cape Patterson and Kilcunda, and only a short drive to Phillip Island, Wonthaggi is the perfect place to base yourself for day trips and many adventures.

This three bedroom original gem is located just 1km from the centre of Wonthaggi, a town built on the industry of 'black gold' - coal.

Marjalis Cottage has been freshly painted throughout and with lofty high ceilings and brand new flooring to all the bedrooms and living areas, the interior is fresh and bright.

All three bedrooms are dressed with quality linen and luxurious soft furnishings. There are two queen bedrooms which have brand new pillow top mattresses & the 3rd bedroom comprises of 2 single beds. There is also single mattress, which can be added to either queen bedroom for an extra little guest if required.

The large well equipped kitchen features a full size fridge/freezer, oven with cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all the crockery and utensils that you would expect to find at home.

Having a big delicious meal is easily done with the dining room comfortably able to seat 8 people, or you could enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast out on the private deck which has an outdoor seating area.

The bathroom is fit for the whole family, and is clean and spacious. There are full laundry facilities also available. All linen and towels are provided at Marjalis Cottage and environmentally friendly ZeroCo products are provided for your comfort.

The living room features 2 x 2.5 seater couches (one is a comfy sofa bed for an extra guest, if required). There are also numerous occasional chairs and floor cushions allowing everyone to come together.

The home features split system heating and cooling in the main living areas, and panel heaters which can be provided during colder winter stays.

There are also multiple areas to set up your mobile office if you are looking for somewhere beautiful to work from "home".

With plenty of off street parking, a large carport and shed space available for your bikes or paddle boards, this property will be entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
