"Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"

"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. "Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...
