Located across the road from Austinmer Beach. Fantastic views.
Newly renovated luxury 2 bedroom townhouse which can accommodate up to 6 people with off street parking.
Kim is happy to accommodate flexible checking arrangements when available.
Book now for an idyllic getaway, sitting on the balcony or in the front yard watching the kids surf.
The space
The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.

The town house is set up as follows;
- Downstairs has large open plan lounge, dinning, modern kitchen with laundry and toilet attached. There is a Queen size fold out sofa bed plus study nook in lounge room don't forget about the 75" Android TV. Free WIFI.
- Upstairs has 2 generous bedrooms both with king size beds and a full size Bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have oversized built in wardrobes.
Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be converted into two singles.
- Outdoor area with dining table. Webber family Q, BBQ.
- There is also a clothes line in the court yard.

Directly across from Austinmer Surf Club.
Close to Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Bars and public transport. Perfect for the family getaway.

The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.
- 3min drive to the Village of Thirroul which boasts a great variety of Restaurants, Coffee shops and shopping outlets.
- 8min drive to the infamous Sea Cliff Bridge.

Great access to everything you require for a great holiday.
- 10 sec walk to Austinmer Beach.
- Directly across the road from Austinmer SurfClub
- 5 min walk to Little Austinmer Beach (Dog Beach)
- 7 min walk to Headlands Hotel.
- 5 min walk to the Train station.
- 3 min drive to Thirroul CBD.
- 3 min drive to Sublime walking track and many mountain bike tracks in the area.

Please be aware there is a $500 security hold taken on the credit card the property is booked on. It will be taken on checkin and released the day after check out.

NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm. Unfortunately we do not except groups of males.

CLEANING
Unit must be left in the condition they were in upon guests arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). Please report any existing damage to the unit upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay.

Exceptional house and location
This house is the gold standard every holiday let should aspire to. Super comfortable and absolutely everything you could need was right there. Fabulous location. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I wish you stay in this place!
Wow, this was an amazing holiday at Austinmer! It was significantly impacted by Trent and Kim’s beautiful home. It was better than pictures, perfect location, tastefully renovated and every small bit of comfort taken care off. They ensured basic things were all available and you don’t have to carry anything except your clothes and cosmetics. It doesn’t cost you much to go get basic essentials, but if available takes the hassle out entirely. They both were great with Comms from the word go and very helpful and clear in emails. The welcome chocolates and wine, were an icing on top! We loved it - every bit of it and would love to come back for another stay, hopefully soon! Thank you Kim and Trent.

Great getaway with all the touches of home
Beautifully spacious renovated property immediately opposite the beach. Decor and colours were beautiful. The most comfortable sleep in the softest kind beds. Friendliest of touches in a bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival a full bottle of milk and all the quality products and needs of home. Lovely stay and we hope to be back.

Second time, and it won’t be the last!
This is the second time we have stayed at Kim and Trent’s gorgeous townhouse and it definitely won’t be the last. The space is so clean and spacious and has everything you could need, with a gorgeous beach across the road and a great cafe just next door. Can’t wait to return!

Great property very well maintained and styled. Nice welcome touches with treats to enjoy. Only drawback which is out of owners control is traffic noise which we were aware would be the case. Fitted our purpose of a lovely base to come back to for a few days

A truly lovely townhouse
Immaculately clean and well presented, this townhouse was just what we were after for our stay. Large TV, comfortable bed and right across the road to the beach. We were very comfortable and highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay
Had everything you could possibly need for travelling with kids, fully stocked kitchen, board games, with the beach across the road and nice cafe a few metres away. I loved the cleanliness and space. Communications was always great with owner. The area was amazing.
