Haus Achterwiek – Vacation Apartment with Garden Access

The 30 m² vacation apartment in Haus Achterwiek is located on the outskirts of Wolgast-Mahlzow on Usedom Island.



It accommodates up to 3 guests or 2 guests with 2 small children in a spacious living/sleeping area and a bathroom. The apartment features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine (shared use for an extra fee), and underfloor heating. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and mini oven. Two high chairs and a portable baby crib are available for young children.



A spiral staircase leads you to a small loft with two extra sleeping options (guest bed and camp bed).



A large winter garden on the south side of the house with table and chairs is available for your use. Depending on the season, you can harvest fruit, berries, and some herbs from the garden.



Outside, you’ll find a shared garden and spacious open terraces. Two bicycles are provided for exploring the area, and there is a communal bike storage room.



Up to three parking spaces for cars are available on site. Pets are welcome, with up to three animals allowed. Events may be held on the property by arrangement with the owners. The property is shared with other guests, their dogs, and the owners.



The hosts live in the house. Access to the apartment is via the main entrance and an internal staircase to the upper floor, as it is a separate apartment.
