Tucked away in the heart of Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire, our home is a spacious and beautifully styled countryside escape that offers the perfect setting for family gatherings, wedding stays, or a relaxing retreat to the Cotswolds!

The house features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite that’s ideal for a bridal party or anyone seeking a little extra indulgence. A playful twin room, perfect for children, brings a touch of fun to the space, while two further bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for guests of all ages.

With two fully equipped kitchens, our home is perfectly suited for group stays, allowing for flexible dining and entertaining. Sit and enjoy a beautiful meal with your loved ones, looking out over the beautiful garden or curl up in the cosy snug room together with a great film.

The utility room adds convenience for longer visits and we also have a great games room, with a pool table and toys, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring nearby villages or countryside walks.

Step outside and you’ll find an expansive garden that invites you to relax and simply soak up the peaceful rural surroundings. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with birdsong or hosting an evening barbecue, the garden is a highlight all on its own.

Located within easy reach of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque spots, our home offers both seclusion and access. We have Witney, Cogges Manor Farm, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Burford all nearby, and for any Downton Abbey fans, we recommend a short 10 minute drive to Bampton, which was used as the filming location for the village in the TV series!

We are also 14 miles from Blenheim palace, 13 miles from Bibury, 7.5 miles from Cotswold Wildlife Park, 16 miles from Bourton-on-the-water, 29 miles from Cheltenham racecourse and 27 miles from Broadway. If you're a big fan of Clarkson’s Farm we are also only 1.7 miles from the Farmers Dog, 12 miles from the Diddly Squat Farm and 17 miles from Hawestone Brewery!
