The Space:
Enjoy an unforgettable time in this charming house, in the middle of the historic old town of Wismar. Walking distance from the train station in a few minutes, in the quiet Mühlengrupe, with fantastic views towards the Schweinsbrücke, Schabbellhaus and Nikolaikirche, there is the possibility to rent 1 or 2 apartments.

The lower apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 people and is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge and many kitchen utensils, the bathroom has a shower, a sink with two sinks and a washing machine, the living/sleeping area has a Smart TV with web access and the small courtyard adjoining the kitchen can also be sat outside in fine weather. Opposite the courtyard is a small playground.

Guest Access:
Both apartments are not barrier-free and due to stairs the upper apartment is not recommended for disabled people and children under 6 years old. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Car parking is available nearby at the train station.

The Neighborhood:
In the immediate vicinity of the apartments there are beautiful cafés, the Schabbelhaus museum, art galleries and goldsmiths - as well as designer shops. The market square and the main shopping streets with bakeries, coffee roasters, antique shops and the historic Karstadt are within a few minutes' walk. The harbour with ice cream cafes and restaurants is also within easy reach. Be impressed by the docked cruise ships. At night, the streets of Wismar are beautifully lit.
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage and Hanseatic city of Wismar, whether for two or with the whole family. Embark on unique historical discovery tours, visit highlights such as Hafenfest, Schwedenfest, Sveriges Run, Open Memorial Day, Christmas Market, Sailor Christmas with Lights and Art Market. Follow in the footsteps of the historical silent film Nosferatu, visit Design exhibitions at Wismar University of Applied Sciences or discover the surrounding area with tours to the island of Poel, the beaches of the Baltic Sea, Bothmer Castle in Klützer Winkel or the lake bridge Wendorf.
