    The Space:

    Step into a bright and comfortable space designed for relaxation and convenience. The apartment features two bedrooms: a cozy double bedroom perfect for couples, and a second bedroom with two single beds ideal for friends or family. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including an oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, and ample counter space. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll find everything you need at your fingertips.



    The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to enjoy a quick refresh or a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment—comfortable seating, bright living spaces, and practical amenities—ensure a convenient and welcoming stay for every guest.

    Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

    Getting around from the apartment is easy thanks to excellent public transport and road links. Wishaw Train Station is close by and served by ScotRail services, with direct trains to Glasgow, Lanark, and beyond. Trains run regularly on the Argyle Line, making it easy to explore nearby cities and towns by rail.

    There are multiple local bus stops within a short walk, served by routes including 41, 42, 93, 193, 240, 241, 242, and X11, connecting Wishaw to surrounding areas like Lanark, Motherwell, Glasgow, and more.

    For drivers, the apartment has convenient access to major roads. The A71 runs nearby and links directly to the M74 motorway, while the A73 provides easy routes north and south, plus connections to the M8 motorway for travel toward Glasgow and Edinburgh.

    Whether you’re heading into the city for work, exploring towns across Lanarkshire, or venturing further afield, public transport and road access make it simple and stress‑free.



    Other Things to Note:

    - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



    - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



    - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



    At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
