The bed, pillows, and even blankets are hard as a rock. Plus side, no bed bugs in our rooms. It did smell weird in the halls almost like something died. Tv was tiny, The heat didn’t work so we had to call maintenance, the indoor water park is disgusting… floors felt slimy and gross, lazy river was not comfortable temp wise or anything, all the tubes barely had air in them, you have to wait in line to use the one hot tub and you’re timed. The other one was too full also. My bfs son rode on a slide the first day no problem multiple times, and then the next day they wouldn’t allow him due to his height. Not sure if the first few people just didn’t pay attention or whaaat but he was disappointed in that, which sucked to see. We took him for his birthday as we use to come as kids all the time and had fun, but things have gone so down hill indoor water park and rooms wise, it’s sad to see. All of the staff were great but we will not be returning to this “resort” anytime soon unfortunately. Save yourself and just go to Florida.
