The house is part of a larger property with a wedding venue so this is used (I would assume) by the wedding party/guests.The landscaping - flowers, shrubs, et al - are beautifully maintained. You may want to inquire as to when the venue is going to open/be used as we did have some gardeners there early to clean up the grounds and plant flowers which didn't bother us.Very attentive host and great location. "This is a small backyard apartment a block away from downtown Wiscasset. The house met our needs. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but with enough equipment to prepare simple meals. The house was in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Wiscasset. There was a grill and patio for those who wanted to cook outside. The was a washer and dryer available. "
