"It feels like staying at your best friend's house. We stayed for a week, and didn't run out of anything. The house is gorgeous and homey, the sheets are really soft, and the ice machine makes the glacier water taste even fresher. The caretakers, Susie and Bill, made sure we had everything we needed, and they even got me some flowers and a card, since I was having a quiet birthday getaway. We loved every single second of our stay, and will definitely be coming back."

"We were in Pine room 16 and it was spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised by an air purifier/UV filter unit which was greatly welcome since we were there during smokey conditions. We didn’t realize that the dining room was only open on weekends and only for breakfast so that is something to check before a visit. The bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator sufficiently large( no freezer compartment), great sitting area. We recommend this room."

The location at the edge of Winthrop is ideal - far enough for privacy and peace and quiet, but close enough for a leisurely walk into town to enjoy the great restaurants and western saloons. We especially enjoyed Three Finger Jacks. We loved our stay at the Sunflower Resort and we will be back again."
