"An incredible experience! The Inkwell Suite is such a comfortable, modern, and warm room. Do yourself a favor and book this room!The Tempur-pedic mattress was extremely comfortable. Rental properties can feel like a gamble sometimes with mattress quality, but the owners of the Spofford Lodge spared no expense to furnish their rooms with high quality items. "This place is very clean and the rooms are large. I enjoyed the walk down to the water, which is close by. Kitchen was well stocked. I, too, felt a railing on the stairs would be helpful. I am new to the Vacasa connection, so that took some learning, but all went well. "

"Everything was good, except the driveway was uneven and we had to be careful getting in and out of the car and walking on it. The shower was opening on the right side and we had to get to the side of the toilet to get into it, because the left side was a permanent fix. The host Liz was very nice! The internet was slow when I tried to get onto it in the living room. It worked well when I was in the exercise room where the router was. Otherwise this was a very nice place!"

"The house is decent and located in a good neighborhood and about 30-35 mins away from the Boothbay harbor. The instructions from the host were pretty clear. The house had ample towels and toiletries. The one thing I would like to mention is the host should think about providing fans in all the rooms, since there is no ventilation and they have only one spilt air conditioning unit in the passage upstairs which does not give air to the 3 individual rooms. It got really hot in the rooms. "
